July 31st 2005 was the 3rd BLUESunday of the concert series, and what a great day it was. The bands were fantastic; the audience was a blast, the cops came to respond to a complaint about the noise, and decided the noise was good & said to keep the good noise going.

15 year old Eric Steckel and his seasoned band, kicked the day off by wowing the audience. This kid is one tough player and a great band leader. He rocks the house, he has depth beyond his years, and knows how to keep an audience spell bound. Click here to visit his website and check his touring schedule.

Sharrie Williams and her band came in and took the place over!!! This lady is so powerful, wonderful and electrifying. She came in and said "hook some mic chords up cause I'm gonna go out and be with my people" So we did and she spent the entire set performing, preaching & healing, out in the audience. She had people getting up, getting down, laughing, crying, feeling. She had the whole place dancing. I still get goose bumps when I think about it. Her band was great too. Some people travel and buy t-shirts as souvenirs, Sharrie, seems to grab a band member from each country she visits. Click here to visit her website, and check out her schedule.

The Frank DiNunzio Blues Band had a hard act to follow, coming on after Sharrie Williams' powerful set. Combining their mix of Blues, Swing. & Jump, seemed to be just the right ingredients to keep the dance floor jumping, and bring an end to a great day of music. Frank's clean guitar style and Sinatra-esque vocals, backed by a great Atlantic City based Blues bands would have been enough, but when special guest Michelle Butler joined them on vocals, they took it over the top!
