Dave Santana

Dave is one of the most exciting drummers that I’ve ever heard! It’s not just what he plays, but when he plays it or when he doesn’t.  There’s never a question where the groove is but he plays all around it.  It’s hard to describe in the written word but it puts a whole new flavor to any song without loosing the integrity of the song, and while playing with him you just react to it differently and positively which turns into a great energy for the audience. Dave’s been in the family for about 5 years or so, He’s in demand so we don’t get to keep him full time. One of these days our schedules are going to work out so I can record him with us.
     He spent most of his career touring around the country in different bands, he still tours with a Gospel show a couple of times a year but you can catch him around Central PA with us, or the Tom Ponts Band and many different jazz and rock ensembles.
